ReplyDeleteCleanse,tone and moisurise in the morning but only cleanse and tone in the evening to let your skin breathe and get rid of any dirt still in the pores while you sleep
ReplyDeleteUse a day cream with SPF and protect your skin from too much sun-it's the quickest way to age your face and dry it out, as well as being potentially dangerous. I've always erred on the side of caution and used a gentle tanning product instead of sunning myself and have next to no wrinkles at nearly 42 *touch wood*

ReplyDeletedrink plenty of water - dehydrated skin looks awful - use a decent moisturiser for the same reason and always use a facial cream that includes a low level spf even in winter as the sun is always out
